At YK Archive, we take pride in offering exclusive, limited-run items. Due to the nature of our products and the underground culture we represent, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under standard circumstances.

We strongly encourage customers to review all item descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before placing an order. Many of our products are custom, limited edition, or made-to-order—making exchanges or returns unfeasible.

Exceptions (Very Limited)

In rare and specific cases, we may consider a return or refund request, including but not limited to:

• You received a product that is significantly different from what was ordered.
• The item arrived damaged in transit (must be reported with photo or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery).
• A processing or fulfillment error occurred on our end (e.g. duplicate order, wrong item shipped).

• Any relevant evidence (photos, unboxing video, receipts, etc.)

Please note: All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the above conditions. If approved, remedies may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or a partial refund—at our sole discretion.
